There's nothing better on a chilly fall day than warming up to a hot bowl of soup filled with beans, veggies, herbs, and a little spice. Pair it with a KC&C baguette and this might be the most perfect simple meal you have this week.
Ingredients: Cannellini beans, carrots, onion, celery, spinach, fire roasted tomatoes, vegetable stock, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, sage, bay leaf, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
This customer favorite is BACK! Busy watching football or raking leaves and don't have time to cook? Simply reheat KC&C's Sloppy Lennie's in the microwave or on the stove, spoon over a hamburger bun (included with your order), and you're all set with a delicious and hearty meal packed with lentils (hence the name), brown rice, and veggies, in a savory tomato sauce. Yum!
Price per pint - min order 1 pint.
1 pint is 3-4 servings.
Love alfredo sauce but not crazy about how heavy and rich it is? Well, KC&C has the solution! This cauliflower based alfredo sauce is so much lighter but still packed with loads of flavor. Topped with sautéed red peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and vegan parmesan, get ready for a delectable meal. It's so good, you might want to order extra and invite some friends over for dinner! Contains walnuts*
Your delicious and kind breakfast just got tastier! You now have TWO choices - the classic KC&C Mini Quiche with its light and flaky pastry crust OR my NEW Gluten Free Frittata! No matter which you choose, you still have your choice of 5 delectable fillings: Tomato-Mushroom, Spinach-Artichoke, Broccoli-Sundried Tomato, Sausage-Pepper, or Black Bean-Chile-Onion. These are the perfect on-the-go meal or for when you're hosting a brunch or special occasion. And be sure to buy extra! They freeze and reheat beautifully for when you're having a craving!
